8 lamb chops
10 minutes plus marinating time
1 cup250mLCarnation® Regular, 2% or Fat Free Evaporated Milk
¼ cup50mLlemon juice or vinegar
1clove garlic, minced
8rib lamb chops (about 1 ½ lb/750g total), trimmed
1 tbsp15mLsmoked paprika
1 tbsp15mLbrown sugar
1 tsp5mLgarlic powder
1 tsp5mLdried oregano
1 : Marinade; combine evaporated milk, lemon juice and garlic in a medium bowl. Place lamb chops in marinade, cover and refrigerate for 1 to 4 hours. Remove lamb from marinade. Wipe off excess marinade. Discard all leftover marinade.
2 : Spice Rub; combine all ingredients for spice rub. Sprinkle chops with prepared rub.
3 : Preheat broiler. Place lamb chops on a lightly greased broiler pan, 4 to 5 inches (10-13cm) from heat, turning over once, for medium rare, 6 to 7 minutes total.
