2 ½ cups (625mL), 5 servings
7 oz200gsoft tofu
1 tbsp15 mLgreen tea powder
2 tsp10 mLgelatin powder
2 tbsp30 mLboiling water
1 can354 mLCarnation® Regular, 2% or Fat Free Evaporated Milk
3½ tbsp52 mLsugar
Additional green tea powder for garnish, optional
1 : Puree tofu in blender. Add green tea powder and mix well until smooth. Pour into medium bowl.
2 : Combine gelatin and boiling water in small bowl. Stir to dissolve.
3 : Brings milk and sugar almost to a boil over medium heat in a small saucepan, stirring frequently.
4 : Add a small amount of hot milk mixture to tofu mixture. Stir. Pour in the remaining milk mixture and stir well.
5 : Mix in gelatin, stir well. Pour through a strainer to remove any remaining lumps.
6 : Pour into 5 (½ cups / 125 mL each) ramekins.
7 : Refrigerate 3 hours, or until set.
