2 tsp10 mlRobin Hood® All-Purpose Flour

3/4 tsp4 mlsalt

1/4 tsp1 mlfreshly ground black pepper

1 pkg4 oz/125 gherb-and-garlic cream cheese

1 pkg10 oz/300 gfrozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained

1 1/2 cups375 mldiced smoked chicken breast (about 8 oz/250 g)

3green onions, sliced
