Ingredients :

3 cups750 mltomato juice

1 can (28 oz)796 mldiced tomatoes, undrained

1 can354 mlCarnation® Fat Free Evaporated Skim Milk

1/4 cup50 mllemon juice

2 tbsp30 mlolive oil

2cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp5 mleach salt and black pepper

2medium English cucumbers, chopped

1medium green pepper, chopped

1small onion, chopped

Directions :

  1 :  Stir together tomato juice, tomatoes, evaporated milk, lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper in large bowl. Transfer, in batches, to food processor or blender; process until smooth. Pour back into bowl. Stir in cucumbers, green pepper and onion. Refrigerate until chilled
