Ingredients :
1/4 cup60 mLRobin Hood® Original All Purpose Flour
2 tbsp30 mLgranulated sugar
2 tbsp30 mLcocoa powder
1/4 tsp1 mLbaking powder
Pinch salt
1/4 cup60 mLCarnation® Regular Evaporated Milk
2 tbsp30 mlCrisco® Canola Oil
1 tbsp15 mLmini dark chocolate chips
6mini marshmallows
1 tbsp15 mLgraham cracker crumbs
Directions :
1 : In bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder and salt. Whisk in evaporated milk and oil until smooth; stir in chocolate chips.
2 : Pour mixture into 10 oz (300 mL) mug. Microwave on high for 60 seconds; top with marshmallows and microwave for about 30 seconds or until marshmallows have melted.
3 : Remove from microwave and sprinkle with graham crumbs; let cool slightly before serving.
