Preparation Time:
5 minutes 

Ingredients :

3/4 cup175 mLCarnation® Regular, 2% or Fat Free Evaporated Milk

1/4 cup50 mLlemon juice

1/2 cup125 mLgrated parmesan cheese

1/4 cup50 mLregular or low fat mayonnaise

1/4 cup50 mLgreen onions, chopped

1clove garlic, minced

1 tsp5 mLsalt

1/2 tsp2 mLdijon mustard

1/4 cup1 mLWorcestershire sauce

Directions :

  1 :  Combine Carnation® Evaporated Milk and lemon juice. Reserve

  2 :  Place remaining ingredients in food processor or blender. Add reserved Carnation® mixture. Process until well combined. Refrigerate until ready to use.

Tip(s)

When you combine Carnation® Evaporated Milk with lemon juice or plain vinegar you have an excellent replacement for buttermilk.

Use as a dip with raw vegetables.
