Ingredients :
1medium seedless cucumber, peeled, seeded and grated
1/3 cup75 mLchopped fresh parsley
3 tbsp45 mLchopped fresh mint
3 tbsp45 mLchopped fresh dill
1 cup250 mLCarnation® Regular, 2% or Fat Free Evaporated Milk
1/2 cup125 mLmayonnaise
3 tbsp45 mLlemon juice or cider vinegar
2 tsp10 mLDijon or grainy mustard
1clove garlic, minced
3/4 tsp4 mLsalt
1/4 tsp1 mLpepper
Directions :
1 : In a bowl, combine grated cucumber, parsley, mint and dill. Stir in evaporated milk, mayonnaise, lemon juice, mustard, garlic, salt and pepper.
2 : Let stand 15 minutes, until thickened. Use immediately or cover and refrigerate for up to two days.
