Ingredients :
200 gUdon noodles, cooked
2 tbsp30 mLoil
½onion, chopped
2 clovesgarlic, minced
1 cup250 mLbroccoli florets
¼ cup50 mLsliced mushrooms
1 can354 mLCarnation® Evaporated Milk
2 cups500 mLassorted seafood (scallops, mussels, shrimps, squid rings)
5pieces of simulated crab meat
3fish balls, cut in half
Garnish:
3tomatoes, chopped
1green onion, sliced
Directions :
1 : Heat the oil in a skillet over high heat. Stir fry onion, garlic, broccoli and mushrooms. Stir in Evaporated Milk and cook until heated through. Add seafood, crab meat and fish balls. Cook uncovered for 10 minutes.
2 : To serve, place hot Udon noodles in serving dish and cover with creamy seafood sauce. Garnish with tomatoes and green onions.
