Ingredients :
¼ cup50mLchopped parsley
2 tbsp30mLlemon juice
1 tbsp15mLlemon zest
Directions :
1 : Prepare Carnation Simple White Sauce as directed.
2 : Stir parsley, lemon juice and lemon zest into hot white sauce. Drizzle over fish.

Tip(s)
Sauce can be refrigerated for up to 2 days. It may thicken so just thin out with a bit of evaporated milk when reheating.
