The biggest challenge was to get as close as possible to the language of a generation that apparently seems to have little interest in art. But so, apparently, it is not. In June 2020, the very famous tiktoker Martina Socrates in fact he had the role of Cicero on behalf of the museum. In a direct social network, he guided spectators to discover the Uffizi. It was an extraordinary event, the first live broadcast of an Italian museum on Tik Tok. The next month, the digital entrepreneur Chiara Ferragni visited the Gallery on the occasion of a photo shoot for Vogue Japan. But not only that, she also had the opportunity to visit the museum accompanied by the director and posted a photo on Instagram that portrayed her with the Birth of Venus by Botticelli.

These two events, needless to say, sparked a series of discussions, but on the other hand they were very important for the Uffizi. Ticket sales among children under 25, after the two events, has had a huge increase, a sign that perhaps bringing art closer to the youngest is useful.
