The right movement? It starts from the feet and ankles and goes up to the thighs and then to the groin. Effective against swelling are Epsom salts, or magnesium sulfate heptahydrate. In a basin filled with water, dissolve a cup of salts and soak your feet and ankles for 15 minutes. Cucumber is also a good remedy. Just cut it into slices and cover the whole foot, before wrapping it in a towel.
